2. What the free download includes
The Birthday Envelope is an early three-puzzle sample delivered as a three-page PDF: one player page, a grown-up setup and hint guide, and the answers with a birthday message. No physical item is shipped. Downloading does not create an account, subscription, payment obligation or order for a future product.
You provide a compatible PDF reader, printer, paper and pencil, and cover any printing or internet costs. Read the grown-up guide first and supervise play. Use your judgment about the children’s reading level and suitability. Age guidance, setup time and playing time are still being tested; the sample is not a complete party activity.
3. Your personal-use license
You may download, save and print the sample for your household and for private, non-commercial parties you host. You may print it again for these purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the materials.
Please share the link to our website when recommending the sample. Do not sell, sublicense, upload or redistribute the PDF or its artwork, include it in another product, or use it as part of a paid activity or commercial service without written permission. Contact us before school, club or other organizational use.
Rights in the website and materials remain with their respective rights holders, to the extent protected by law. These terms do not restrict uses the law already permits. Third-party components, including fonts, retain their own applicable licenses.
4. Using the website responsibly
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, distribute malicious software through it or use our name to mislead others about a connection with us. You may link to the site fairly without suggesting an endorsement we have not given.
External links are provided for relevant information. The destination’s own terms and policies apply. We do not control those websites.
5. Voluntary feedback and testing
Testing is optional and for adults. You may stop at any time. There is no obligation to buy anything, post a review or give positive feedback. Follow the testing instructions and do not send children’s identifying details, photographs or recordings.
If you send feedback, you allow us to review it and use the ideas to improve the activity, subject to our privacy policy. You retain any rights you have in your message. Sending feedback does not give us permission to publish your identity or use your words as an attributed testimonial; we would ask separately.
6. Purchases, delivery, cancellations and refunds
There is currently no paid product or checkout on this website. We do not accept payments, subscriptions or preorders here. The free sample has no purchase price to refund.
If we later offer a paid product, its description, price, payment method, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation and refund terms will be presented before an order is placed. References to a proposed future kit do not create an order or promise that it will be released.
7. Availability and corrections
We aim to keep the sample and website useful and accurate, but an early puzzle sample may contain a mistake or may not suit every group. Let us know about an error or an inaccessible file. We may correct the materials, update the website or withdraw a download. Keep a local copy if you want to use it later; continued website availability is not guaranteed.
Any updated terms will carry a new date. Material changes to a previously granted permission will not be applied retroactively to remove that permission.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you continue to apply.
